Warehouse Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Job Role: Warehouse Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)
Location: Rochester, Kent
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

•  Lead a small team of Warehouse Operatives
•  Provide training and support to junior team members
•  Monitor and manage team KPI's
•  Receive and inspect incoming goods.
•  Store items in designated warehouse locations.
•  Pick and pack orders accurately.
•  Operate warehouse equipment safely.
•  Conduct regular stock checks and maintain records.
•  Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
•  Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
•  Support team goals for production and shipping.
•  Report inventory issues promptly.
•  Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Experienced Required:

•  Warehouse supervisory experience in a food/drink/pharma manufacturing environment is essential
•  Forklift experience is beneficial but not essential
•  Ability to work in a fast paced environment
